A graduate of Palm Beach Atlantic University, Kim has counseled, encouraged, and helped people across South Florida for the past twenty years. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor highly proficient in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Kim brings empathy, skill, and genuine care to her clients. Treating a host of issues such as grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, boundary-setting, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and conflicted relationships, Kim has built a reputation as a highly effective healer and helper. She has found much success helping mothers dealing with perinatal depression and anxiety. As a mother of five, Kim is also well aquainted with the real world joys and challenges of parenting, and brings that experience and wisdom to parents searching for help.
Johnny Estrada, MS, LMHC - Specializing in Children, Tween & Teen Therapy
A graduate of Keiser University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Johnny’s area of expertise is in children's counseling. As a children's therapist, Johnny ensures that the therapeutic relationship and environment makes every child he works with feel safe, comfortable, loved, accepted, and cared for. With experience as an educator in elementary schools, a college adjunct professor, a children's therapist in a non-profit agency for ages five to eighteen, a crisis counselor with a school district from kindergarten to seniors, Johnny is highly skilled at working with children.
Some of his favorite therapies are: Play Therapy Interventions, ACT Trauma Interventions, Family Dynamics ACT, Teen Life Skills, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Aggression Control/De-Escalation.
